Blackwing

The people behind the acclaimed Palomino Blackwing pencil was looking to completely refresh their packaging. I developed this design with absolute simplicity in mind, stripping it down to laser focus on the iconic shape and well-known replaceable eraser.

You are then able to appreciate the product and see in detail the contents. I’d also created a custom brand pattern using quilted line work and the cross-section of a Blackwing pencil.
