Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corp.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation has an online, interactive tutorial for Self-Exclusion Reinstatement. The Self-Exclusion program is reserved for individuals who exhibited addiction to gambling and thus decided to ban themselves from any OLG gaming centres/casinos. This tutorial is to walk people through information and resources in order for them to be able to use OLG services in a responsible manner.

This is a fully interactive experience with games,  instructional videos and walkthroughs. I was solely responsible for: the design of all the characters (which had to cover a large age range and multicultural gamut); the storyboard (which meant matching up visuals with approved script and eventual voice over); art direction on selection of voice talent; and liaising with the animators and all participating parties.
